Installation Guide
1. Pipe Cutting: Cut pipes vertically using a dedicated pipe cutter, remove burrs, and clean the pipe ends and socket interiors.
2. Heating: Heat using a 260℃ fusion welder. Match heating time to pipe diameter, insert both pipe and socket simultaneously, and do not rotate.
3. Insertion: Quickly and straightly insert the pipe into the socket up to the positioning shoulder after heating. Keep coaxial and allow natural cooling for ≥30 seconds. Do not twist or pull during cooling.
4. Pressure Test: After installation, perform a pressure test at 1.5 times the working pressure. Maintain pressure for 30 minutes; no pressure drop or leakage indicates a pass.
