Ruijie Freeze-proof PPR Pipe is produced using imported co-extrusion equipment with antifreeze-modified polypropylene raw materials, specifically developed to address the problem of pipes freezing at low temperatures. Conventional PPR pipes have poor low-temperature toughness and are prone to cracking and leakage when the temperature drops suddenly and the pipe body freezes. This product has an improved molecular copolymer structure, with a stable operating temperature range of -20°C to 95°C, capable of withstanding severe outdoor cold winters and also capable of long-term transport of 70°C hot water; suitable for both hot and cold water piping.
Freeze-proof PPR pipes, along with matching elbows, tees, valves, and other fittings, are all made from brand-new, food-grade virgin polypropylene raw materials. No recycled materials are used throughout the process, fully complying with drinking water conveyance hygiene standards. All diameters from 20mm to 110mm are available with matching fittings, using a uniform hot-melt butt-fusion welding process. The pipes and fittings fuse together as one, providing excellent sealing performance and eliminating the risk of future leaks.
