Installation Notes
1. It is recommended to cut the conduit squarely with a specialized pipe cutter to ensure smooth, burr-free pipe ends, so as to avoid scratching the cable insulation during wire pulling.
2. Use Ruijie PVC fittings of the same specification (couplings, elbows, tees, etc.) together with specialized PVC cement for socket connection. Ensure the connecting surfaces are clean and dry before bonding.
3. For scenarios such as concrete embedding and direct ground burial, please select Type 405 heavy-duty conduit to avoid pipe deformation caused by external compression.
4. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight for outdoor open-air installation. Protective measures are recommended to extend the service life.
5. The conduit is not suitable for long-term application in environments with a temperature above 65℃.
