Installation Steps
1. Apply PVC solvent cement evenly on pipe end and socket inner wall, no missed spots or excessive buildup.
2. Align and insert to the bottom (positioning step), gently rotate half a turn to distribute the cement evenly.
3. Keep still for curing, at least 10 minutes at room temperature, no twisting or force applied during curing.
4. Pay attention to main pipe water flow direction (top to bottom), branch connects from the side, don't install backwards.
5. After installation, perform a water filling test; qualified if no leakage and no blockage.
Precautions
• Bonding surfaces must be dry and clean; wet or dusty conditions affect bonding strength and sealing.
• Insert quickly after applying cement, don't wait until surface dries.
• In winter, extend curing time to ensure bonding strength.
