Installation Instructions
1. Slide the union nut and gasket onto the pipe in sequence, then hot melt the pipe properly.
2. After hot melting both ends, screw the union nuts onto both sides of the ball valve. Tighten evenly. Do not overtighten forcefully to avoid thread stripping.
3. Ensure the handle operates smoothly.
4. After completing the entire pipeline, conduct a pressure test to check for leaks at the union connections.
5. Open and close the handle slowly when the pipeline is under pressure to avoid water hammer.
