Ruijie Stainless Steel PPR Ball Valve, suitable for PPR hot and cold water piping systems, used for pipe on/off control. The valve body is forged from stainless steel, equipped with detachable PPR union ends, and connects to PPR pipes using a heat fusion socket connection. The split union structure allows for individual valve disassembly and installation, eliminating the need to cut off the pipeline for modification and maintenance. Available sizes range from 20mm to 63mm, catering to both small branch pipes in residential applications and large-diameter water supply pipelines in engineering projects. Raw Materials and Factory Inspection:
Valve bodies and PPR connectors undergo independent quality inspection in batches. Only virgin raw materials are used for PPR components, with no recycled materials added, ensuring stable heat fusion welding performance. Finished products undergo proportional water pressure leakage testing, and only those meeting sealing performance standards are put into storage. Standardized Installation Specifications:
The hot-melt installation temperature is controlled at 260℃, with precise control of heating time to prevent the PPR end from shrinking due to heat and reducing the water flow cross-section.
Avoid forcibly twisting the valve body during installation to prevent pressure damage to the union seal.
This product is for domestic clean water pipelines only and cannot be used to transport corrosive media such as acids and alkalis.
Do not use tools to forcefully pry the handle to avoid damaging the valve stem sealing structure.
