After the conclusion of Aquatherm Tashkent 2026, the overseas team of Ruijie Pipe Industry did not return directly. Instead, they made a special trip to visit several core prospective clients in Tashkent, bringing samples for on-site consultations. Face-to-face discussions were held on product parameters, construction adaptability, supply models, and long-term cooperation, advancing the preliminary exhibition intentions into substantive implementation.

On-Site Sample Verification: Product Details Confirmed Face-to-Face
The Ruijie team brought physical samples including PE-RT underfloor heating pipes (with coiled pipe displays), PPR water supply fittings, PVC fittings, and electrical conduits to the clients' offices for item-by-item verification. Clients repeatedly bent pipe samples to test low-temperature flexibility, checked wall thickness and outer diameter tolerances, and focused on inquiring about anti-brittle fracture performance during winter low-temperature construction.
Given the local hard water conditions, clients specifically confirmed the corrosion resistance of brass inserts in PPR threaded fittings, as well as the risk of internal scaling in underfloor heating pipes after long-term use under hard water conditions. The Ruijie team provided item-by-item answers based on raw material characteristics and existing project cases, comparing the pressure-bearing differences of products with various wall thicknesses on-site to help clients match specifications best suited to local working conditions.

Aligning with Local Conditions: Thorough Discussion on Construction and After-Sales Pain Points

During the exchanges, clients highlighted practical pain points of local construction. Winter temperatures in Uzbekistan are low, and underfloor heating construction is concentrated in spring and autumn; the low-temperature toughness of pipes directly affects construction efficiency. At the same time, local after-sales maintenance is inconvenient, and replacing an entire pipe section after damage incurs high labor and time costs.

The Ruijie team introduced the hot-melt connection repair process for PE-RT underfloor heating pipes, explaining the key points of hot-melt socket repair operations. They demonstrated that after damage, only local sections need to be cut out and repaired, eliminating the need to dig up and replace entire pipes-repair costs are far lower than those of PEX pipes commonly used locally. Both sides also exchanged views on local construction practices such as common coil spacing and loop lengths, with Ruijie providing corresponding pipe layout suggestions and supporting fitting selection plans.

Exploring Long-Term Cooperation: Advancing Regional Market Implementation

Both sides held in-depth discussions on subsequent cooperation models. As a local building materials distributor in Tashkent, the client expressed interest in becoming Ruijie's local cooperation distributor, focusing on details such as MOQ, delivery cycles, and localization support.

The Ruijie team took this opportunity to understand the local market pricing system, competitive landscape, and channel rules. Combining client feedback, they preliminarily discussed solutions for batch stocking and sea-land combined transport distribution, while also exploring the possibility of providing future product training and technical support to help clients quickly penetrate the local market.

This Tashkent client visit is a standard practice in Ruijie Pipe Industry's deepening of the Central Asian market-not settling for a brief encounter at an exhibition, but rather going deep into the local market to listen to real needs and solve practical problems. The team will promptly compile client requirements, deliver targeted cooperation proposals, and advance the first trial order, using Tashkent as a pivot to steadily broaden the depth of cooperation in Uzbekistan and surrounding markets.
