Installation and Usage Instructions:
·Heat-fusion Welding Steps
Align both ends of the fitting with the green oxygen-barrier PPR pipe. Use a standard PPR heat fusion device to heat the pipe and fitting interface to a constant temperature of 260℃. After heating, quickly and straighten the connection, allow it to cool, and do not rotate or twist to ensure a leak-proof weld.
·Threaded Connection Operation
Wrap PTFE tape evenly around the internal thread, clockwise 5-8 turns; manually align with the external thread hardware and tighten moderately with a wrench. Do not forcefully tighten to avoid cracking or detaching the brass insert.
·Construction and Storage Requirements
Keep the inner wall of the pipe fittings dry and free of impurities before installation; avoid scratching the threads and weld ends with sharp or hard objects during storage and transportation; after installation in concealed walls/floors, a pressure test of the entire pipe system is recommended.
