Installation and Usage
• Direction: Valve body is marked with flow direction arrow. Install following "low in, high out" principle. Reverse installation is strictly prohibited.
• Heat Fusion: Heat at 260℃±10℃, insert vertically into socket to marked position, cool down, then pressure test (1.5 times working pressure, stable pressure with no leakage).
• Operation: Rotate handwheel slowly to avoid water hammer from sudden opening/closing. Drain water when out of use in winter to prevent freezing.
• Maintenance: Slight stem leakage can be fixed by tightening gland nut; continuous leakage requires stopping operation and replacing seals; operate periodically if unused for long periods to prevent seizing.
